Prices

Here is an overview of my prices and services.

Note

• A complimentary meet & greet is included for all new clients to ensure we're the right fit for each other.

• If your requirements don't quite fit one of the services above, please get in touch. I'm always happy to discuss a bespoke solution where possible.

• Additional dogs: Dogs from the same household may be walked together where appropriate. Please get in touch with details of your dogs' needs and walking preferences.

• Additional dog prices only apply to the same booking - I do not take multiple bookings in parallel to avoid mixing unknown dogs. I only accept up to two dogs at a time in any type of booking.

• The prices above are based on pets with standard care requirements. Care is tailored to each pet's individual needs. Where a pet's individual requirements involve significantly more time, supervision or restrict normal daily activities, a bespoke quote will be provided. Any additional charges will always be discussed and agreed with you in advance.

Seasonal supplement

• A seasonal supplement applies during peak demand periods, including school holidays and bank holiday weekends. This reflects increased demand and limited availability during these times.

• The prices shown above are off-peak rates. Seasonal supplements apply to Home Boarding, Doggy Daycare and Pet Sitting services only.

Clarification

• Where a booking spans both peak and off-peak periods, pricing will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. In some circumstances, the seasonal supplement may be applied to the full booking period. This will always be discussed and agreed before confirming your booking.

For example:

• A longer booking that includes a short peak period (such as a full school holiday plus additional off-peak days) would normally be charged with peak rates applied only to the peak period.

• A shorter booking that includes a peak period (such as a bank holiday weekend with an extra day either side) may be charged at peak rates for the full stay, as the peak period limits availability for other bookings. 

Location

Boarding and day care are based in my home in Chandlers Ford.  For the services based from your home (dog walking, drop in visits, pet sitting) the location needs to be viable for me - please include your location in any enquiries for these services. A travel supplement may apply for services further than 3 miles from my home.

VAT

Prices are not subject to VAT.

Booking fee

I do not charge a booking fee - if you book me direct the rates above are all you will pay.

Deposit

A deposit is payable to secure your booking.  

Deposit: 25% of booking value (minimum £30). Peak bookings: 30%.

Payment of the balance is due 2 weeks before the booking.

Payment

I accept payment via BACS or cash, whichever is easier for you. For simplicity I will send you a payment link if we are using BACS, if the payment is below my bank's payment link limit, otherwise I will send you bank details.
