Prices

Here is an overview of my prices and services.

Peak/off peak

The prices shown above are for off peak times. Peak rates will be applied to Boarding and Day Care prices, which is +15%.  Peak period is school holidays, i.e. 2 weeks at Christmas and Easter, half terms, and 6 weeks over the summer (school holidays), plus bank holiday weekends. If a booking spans both peak and off-peak periods, I reserve the right to apply peak pricing to the whole booking. This will always be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and discussed in advance.

For example:

• A longer booking that includes a short peak period (such as a full school holiday plus additional off-peak days) would normally be charged with peak rates applied only to the peak period.

• A shorter booking that includes a peak period (such as a bank holiday weekend with an extra day either side) may be charged at peak rates for the full stay, as the peak period limits availability for other bookings. 

Location

Boarding and day care are based in my home in Chandlers Ford.  For the services based from your home (dog walking, drop in visits, pet sitting) the location needs to be viable for me - please include your location in any enquiries for these services.

VAT

Prices are not subject to VAT.

Booking fee

I do not charge a booking fee - if you book me direct the rates above are all you will pay.

Deposit

A deposit is payable to secure your booking.  

The deposit value depends on the length of the stay.

• For shorter stays, 1-3 nights:

  • Off peak booking: £30

  • Peak booking: £40

• For longer stays, 4+ nights:

  • Off peak booking: 25% of the total booking cost

  • Peak booking: 30% of the total booking cost

Payment

I accept payment via BACS or cash, whichever is easier for you. For simplicity I will send you a payment link if we are using BACS.
